For personalized items or products shipped from our UK or US warehouses, we utilize Australia Post's priority service, which generally delivers within 6-10 days. Please be aware that, in some cases, delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched or processed, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations are only possible within 2 days of placing the order.
